**Job Description:** Works side-by-side with technical content developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create technical information for RSA Archer. Researches,retrieves, organizes, analyzes, and synthesizes complex subject matter into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand information deliverables. Adheres to RSA’s brand, information, and writing standards to publish content for many different audiences in multiple formats. Understands how RSA’s technologies work and add value to RSA customers. Employs various authoring and desktop publishing software tools to publish deliverables to multichannel platforms. Analyzes user information and user experience (UX) requirements. Uses feedback to propose improvements to product development and support services. Responsible for executing project plans and delivering accurate and timely technical information. May be responsible for developing project plans and schedules. **PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **·** Assists with creating and revising technical information, including user, installation, operation, and maintenance instructions, and other types of technical content such as technical advisories and release notes. **·** Works with peers and editors, incorporating editorial feedback to ensure that RSA style and standards are appropriately expressed in technical content and media **·** Assists with publishing content to a variety of outputs, including PDF documents, web pages, blog articles, wikis, videos, and online help systems. **·** Participates in social media discussions related to technical content and information experience. **·** Uses content authoring, publishing, and source control tools under supervision of senior personnel. **·** Follows standard technical writing and content development practices under supervision of senior personnel. **·** Interacts primarily with direct supervisor and other professionals in the immediate work group or department. **·** May participate in process improvement activities under supervision of senior personnel. **·** Basic Knowledge of industry standards such as DITA, XML, and HTML **·** Basic Knowledge of job related content authoring, publishing, and graphic design tools **SKILLS** **·** Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions. **·** Communication skills. **·** Problem solving skills. 5 Preferred candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in English or holds a Professional/Technical Writing Certificate. **Experience Required:** 0-2 Years **EMC Values:** When you choose our company, you join a diverse world of innovative thought leaders.
