Our Bucks County office located in Jamison, PA. is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of a full time Client Service Associate.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare correspondences, proposals, presentations and corporate documents as needed.
  • Answer telephones and greet visitors.
  • Process incoming and outgoing office mail.
  • Provide general clerical support to office staff including but not limited to ordering supplies.
  • Assist the Director and other office staff with administrative tasks.
  • Create and maintain files as required.
  • General filing, faxing and photocopying. 
  • Following up with Physicians to obtain orders and other documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree.
  • Office experience preferred.
  • One (1) year verifiable work experience, preferably in a related capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent organizational skills required.
  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.
  • Competence in basic PC skills required to perform job functions.
  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
