**Job Description:** **Job Summary** Responsible for documenting, maintaining, and coordinating our customer’s audit and compliance program. Analyze gaps in customer’s processes. Report on, design and implement a continual service improvement program. Ensure an effective and efficient Risk Management program is implemented at our customer engagements. Develop audit reporting procedures, presenting reports to management with suggestions based on identified gaps, and have a strong understanding of regulatory trends. Work with customer internal and external audit teams. Facilitate ISO and SSAE16 examinations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Work closely with the Information Security and Compliance Manager in developing controls for customer security requirements. + Work with the customer in developing an audit schedule and a process for efficiently and effectively processing customer audit requests. . + Facilitate SSAE16 corporate wide examinations. + Assist with development and implementation of corporate compliance procedures, and controls.. + Verifies accuracy and ensures compliance with plans, policies and procedures prescribed by management and evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of internal procedures, systems and controls. + Assures follow up of internal audit findings to ensure adequacy and timeliness of correction. + Assists in training and consulting with management and staff on internal controls and other compliance issues. + Performs special compliance and audit related projects as assigned. + Ability to function within a position that has a wide scope and at times high visibility and includes matters that require discretion and confidentiality + Create and maintain metrics to measure effectiveness of compliance programs + Ensure a risk management program is implemented and is compliant to companywide best practices **EMC Values:** When you choose our company, you join a diverse world of innovative thought leaders.
