As a key member of our National Audit Standards and Methodology Group (ASMG), you will be primarily devoted to working with the firm Alliance and AdvanceCPA firms to help them use our methodology more effectively and efficiently. You will hone your audit knowledge by developing and delivering audit training in a variety of settings, providing support to client firms that use our methodology, and managing client relationships with AdvanceCPA firms.

 

Essential Duties: 

 

  • Manage AdvanceCPA client relationships through proactive check in calls and visits, and timely responses to inquires from assigned firms
  • Deliver audit training in a variety of formats, e.g., seminars or conferences, on-sites (at client locations), webcasts
  • Develop and update CPE courses, e.g., live training, self studies, webcasts
  • Provide assistance via email and phone to clients' questions on our manuals and methodology
  • Develop audit tools, e.g., practice aids, releases, audit workpapers
  • Assist in recruiting new AdvanceCPA firms by providing product demonstrations
  • Other special projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA Designation
  • 5+ years audit experience in public accounting
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationwide up to 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications: 

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate to all levels of management and clients
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAS
  • Strong research skills
  • Project management skills
