Our clients sales support team has a small niche office located in Novi. They have a current opening for a Sales Assistant who will provide administrative support to the Field Sales Team. Our client is looking for a long term addition to their team which has very low turnover.
Manage customer requirements from quote to receipt of order
Manage inventory, coordinate shipments, EDI communications, filing
Assist Sales Manages with sales process, Including pricing and forecasts
Strong computer (Excel,Word, PowerPoint) testing required
Problem solve and resolve issues
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent business communication skill
