Immediate Full Time Job Opening - Remote/Work from Home! - AVP Group Life/DI/LTD Marketing We are looking for a seasoned Marketing/Business Development and Account Manager with significant exposure to the (GROUP) Life/LTD market. This person will manage high priority accounts and resolve client issues, develop new prospects/clients, write new and renewal offers, negotiate contract terms, represent the company and present at industry events, train/audit and help to cross sell other company service offerings all in an effort to grow premium (Group Life/LTD), maintain high customer satisfaction and retain clients. Qualified candidates should have 7-10+ years of experience in the (Group) Life/Disability industry and will come from Underwriting, Sales, Actuarial, Claims Compliance or Group Brokerage. We are looking for sales oriented individuals who can bring in new business prospects, manage high priority accounts, cross sell services and retain clients! Candidates should have a solid understanding of: - Sales/Marketing and business development - Pricing and Quoting of Group Life and LTD - Underwriting principles and claims process - Contracts and other business agreements (treaties, NDA's, etc) - The competition, industry trends, associations and industry groups - Developing and presenting high impact RFP's - How to effectively present to groups, clients and prospects - General Reinsurance principles - Managing projects * This position is eligible to be full time Remote (work from home) ** Frequent travel to customer and prospects sites will be expected Pay for this position looks like this (depending on experience). Base salary: 120-165k - Higher end for UW and/or Actuarial b/g Bonus target: 20% with upside potential of 40% of base Outstanding benefits with a global industry leader This position can be home based and will require frequent travel.
