A West Los Angeles Finance and Real Estate firm is in search of an Administrative Assistant to support their sales team. Duties for the position include updating the Salesforce database, assisting with marketing campaigns, converting leads into contacts and logging responses. This is a fast paced position and prior administrative experience is a plus. The candidate will also be working heavily in LinkedIn and will need to be tech savvy.
