Pay Rate/Salary: $15.00-15.00 / Hour
Staffmark is currently seeking Application Support Members to provide customer service and operations support for loan applicants. The ideal employee will have previous teller experience and call center experience. This will be a temp to hire role with opportunity for pay increases and growth!

Hours of Availability: Mon-Fri 8am-7pm with occasionally Saturday overtime offered.

Responsibilities:


  • Review loan applications for red flags



  • Interview loan applicants to verify eligibility



  • Request and verify applicant information



  • Handle Inbound/outbound calls



  • Communicate with internal banking teams



  • Other duties as needed



  • Qualifications:


  • High School diploma or equivalent



  • Minimum 6 months banking experience (Tellers encouraged to apply!!)



  • Previous experience in a call heavy setting (Call Center experience a plus!)



  • Ability to make independent decisions



  • Ability to take direction and apply new knowledge to daily activities
