Perform all tasks required to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient processing of new applications and maintenance requests received in the Bankcard Operations Production area. Process requests. Ensure appropriate compliance disclosures are delivered within required timeframes. Gather and analyze required documentation to ensure documentation policies are followed.
Excellent customer service skills
Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment inventory and storage
Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices
Sending out and receiving mail
Preparing business correspondence, typically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
Data entry using 10-key keypad
All day-to-day operation matters
Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers and computers
High school or equivalent
Two plus year experience in administrative roles
Banking and or finance a plus
