Responsibilities
This role will work closely with the Benefits and Payroll departments overseeing the back-end process related to the integration of Benefit programs (including Leaves of absence, compensation, health & welfare) with our time & attendance and payroll systems for all business units within the Company. Conduct monthly Benefit plan invoice reconciliations of participants and deductions. Input and review for adjustment all time and attendance historical adjustments due to leave plan changes. Oversee and process the manual time and attendance file and report corrections and adjustments for full and intermittent leaves. Responsible to run, analyze and process corrections based on the daily HRIS error report related to leave of absence coding, to ensure that all data is consistent across multiple systems (HRIS, Leave, time and attendance and payroll). Processing of HRIS or time and attendance corrections timely and accurately. Timely processing of all NJ State Disability & Family leave claim forms (NY, NJ, CA) with the required payroll information, and filing coordination with the state. Responsible for the review of accrual adjustments related to leaves of absence, workers compensation, disability pay or retro deductions for new hires. SME on all leave related pay policies (Medical, Personal, Military, Job Search Accommodation, etc.). Perform routine audits to validate and ensure proper processing, adjustments & accruals as it relates to Benefits, Leave of absence or workers compensation pay policies & processes. Perform quarterly & annual reconciliation of Company stock payments as it relates to payroll. Respond to employees, managers and HRGs regarding questions that relate to leave of absence time and attendance coding, STD clarification on Leave policies as well as other payroll/leave related benefit questions. Ensures that company policies and practices as related to Benefits, leaves of absence, disability and workers compensation are being adhered to.

Qualifications
•Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
•Previous experience in Benefits, Leave of Absence or related payroll background preferred
•Excellent service oriented communication & analytical skills required
•Must have knowledge of Leave systems, time and attendance, HRIS and payroll systems, and the integration of such systems
•Strong technical competency including Microsoft Excel and Word
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks, as well as maintaining proper documentation for SOX compliance
•Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
•Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime
