POSITION: Benefits Specialist RESPONSIBLE TO: Human Resources Manager SUMMARY: Administers established company benefit programs and assesses their effectiveness on a regular basis. As needed, provides special guidance and assistance to all locations on various employee benefit plans. This position is salaried-exempt. A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR or benefits environment. HR experience preferred. Language and Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Capable of relating to individuals at all levels. Ability to effectively build rapport with employees in our diverse regional communities. Ability to explain complex information in clear and understandable terms. Must be able to maintain high standards of confidentiality and practice ethical communication.
