As a Benefits Project Coordinator, in Gaithersburg, MD, you'll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients' lives.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Benefits Project Coordinator supports numerous Compensation and Benefit administrative activities and special projects.  Focus is primarily on US program administration.  Occasionally, assigned tasks can involve regional or global programs.
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to undertake day to day administration of programs, dealing with requests for coverage, developing and maintaining required participant lists, reporting data as needed, etc.  You will provide periodic analysis and reporting on plan participation for vendors, maintain relationships with external service providers, often acting as a first point of contact for inquiries.   You will also participate on special projects; handling administrative tasks and developing and delivering reports.  You will provide day-to-day support on responding to escalated employee inquiries on benefit and compensation matters, support routine, and ad hoc, administrative tasks related to numerous compensation and benefits programs, maintain and facilitate the publication of program documentation, and handle routine functional administrative tasks.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of compensation and benefit program administration
  • High level proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
