CVS Health as an opportunity for a Benefits Setup Rep II. As a Benefits Setup Rep II, you would be responsible for analyzing client benefit requests, determine best operational approach and perform coding. In this role you will be working with both internal and external partners.
Additional Responsibilities of a Benefits Setup Rep II include:
- Validating coding accuracy utilizing various tools to ensure no financial impact or client/ participant dissatisfaction. - Meeting or exceeding turnaround time and quality standards.
- Research client benefit requests/issues and recommend alternative solutions to internal partners in meeting client needs.
- Trending analysis, supporting ad hoc situations and mentoring staff.
- Interface with internal and external clients via conference calls and written communication.
