The Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency Atlanta (along with an Assistant Beverage Manager) oversees 22 Storys which generates $2.8m annually, orders for a $5.2m total hotel beverage operation and maintains a $100k beverage inventory. This individual has full reign of beverage selections, programs, incentives and does all vendor negotiations. Responsibilities also include interviewing, training, forecasting and scheduling.
