Job Title: Mandarin and English Speaking Administrative Assistant
Pay Range: $21-31 per hour full time

GENERAL SUMMARY:The Administrative Assistant (Contract) will provide administrative support for the department. Duties will include meeting and travel arrangements; reconcile expense report, interview scheduling, and employee guidance. This position requires extensive software skills and excellent communication abilities.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Functions* Schedule/coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements; file expense reports;* Schedule interviews with local team and headquarter team; help with travel arrangement for non-local candidate;* File expenses for candidate;* Help organize conferences and events;* Help with team purchase requirements;* Provide logistic support for visitors;* Help with new hires training;* Guidance on internal systems, procedures, and policies;* General administrative and clerical support;JOB SPECIFICATIONS (Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)Education: Minimum: Associate's DegreePreferred: Bachelor's DegreeMajor/Discipline: Business Management or related fieldRelevant Work Experience: Minimum: 1 YearsPreferred: 3 YearsSkills & Abilities: (Technical or General) Minimum Requirements: * Strong computer and typing skills;* Ability to use and assist others in the use of standard office equipment;* Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems, such as filing and record keeping;* Strong written and verbal communication skills;* Excellent customer service orientation, attention to detail, and organizational abilities;* Self-starter, independent worker;* Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).Preferred: * Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
