Provide marketing supports and manage preparation of lease/loan proposals independently, based on various analyses, such as clients' financial analysis, tax/accounting/legal structuring, and optimized pricing. 2. Negotiate lease/loan economics and major terms and conditions with clients and other participants, consulting with management, as necessary. 3. Responsible for execution of documentation and direct funding processes, in accordance with internal discussion and coordination with legal department. Be responsible for following up of pipeline transactions directly with Account Officers. 4. Manage collaboration closely with other team members, especially with Account Officers and Analysts of Asian Corporate Banking and US Corporate Banking, in the origination and arrangement of lease/loan transaction. 5. Enhance credit control process, such as preparation of convincing credit analysis and credit applications in accordance with Policy and Procedure, and proactive control of periodical credit reviews with due diligence in a timely manner. 6. Provide administrative support for Registered Representatives. Requirements: Minimum 3-year experience in banking, leasing and/or structured finance. Strong analyzing skill and background in accounting, computer, mathematics, economics and corporate finance helpful. Team player with interpersonal skills. Bilingual language skills in Japanese and English. Bachelor's degree or Master's preferred. Quantitative analysis such as finance or engineering background would be helpful.
