Adecco is searching for a Bilingual Customer Service Client Support Professional in Saint Louis, MO. This is a great long-term temp-to-hire opportunity with a global client. This position requires a minimum of an Associates degree and at least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office or call center setting. Effectively respond to inquires, deliver services, and troubleshoot issues
Meet and increase high volume productivity standards and quality call metrics
Ensure compliance on all documentation and company policies
Effectively navigate internal procedures and communication systems
Track records of customer interactions, inquiries, comments, and actions taken
6 week training to learn client systems and proprietary software
Bachelor¿s Degree Required
Excellent verbal, written, listening, and interpersonal skills
Computer and software literacy such as Microsoft applications
A minimum of 3 years post-collegiate work experience is required
Business acumen and professional etiquette
Training is provided, and the ideal candidate is willing to learn and champion company culture
Freight bill auditing experience a major plus!
