Adecco the world Leader in Staffing solutions has immediate opportunities for Spanish Customer Service Coordinator

Qualified candidates will be working directly providing excellent customer service support directly to consumers , employees, Dealers, Distributors, Division/Marketing personnel, Consumer Relations, Advertising Department, and Insurance Department to coordinate, control and resolve complains and inquiries.

Analyze nature of complaint or problem and determine appropriate action. Coordinate incident resolution and assist with corrective action to prevent future occurrences. Authorized to settle disputes up to $50.

Must have influential skills to counsel Division/Marketing personnel, employees, and Franchisee personnel in order to ensure that the overall consumer buying experience is the best in the industry.

Ability to negotiate and resolve issues such as unsatisfactory repairs, price, vehicle damage, quality of products and services, etc.

Respond to consumer inquiries ranging from pricing, geographical makeup of our locations, promotions, advertising, and operational issues.

Give suggestions to determine logical and cost effective solutions to problems that may arise.

Effectively manage Customer Service e-mail, voicemail, letter correspondence, social media and Voice of the Customer inquiries.

Follow up with field personnel, Human Resources, Insurance, and Customer First to ensure that field investigations are properly conducted within specified time periods, and customers are given the most amicable resolution to their problems.


High school graduate, college degree and demonstrated proficiency in Spanish is preferred. Prior experience in customer/consumer relations experience in a high volume call center. Incumbent must have general understanding of business practices and the Brand organization relating to store operations, pricing promotions, advertising etc. Working knowledge of on-line screens and associated applications.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, correct usage of grammar in verbal expression, and construction of effective written correspondence; excellent analytical and reasoning skills. Proficiency in Microsoft office suite and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
