Immediate openings for Bilingual / Spanish Speaking Customer Service Reps

Staffmark currently has many openings for Spanish speaking individuals to fill the role of Bilingual Customer Service Representative. These positions are a direct hire opportunity with full benefits.

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for taking inbound calls, process information according to customer requirements, answering inquiries, maintaining customer records, fulfilling customer requests, maintaining database, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolving product or service problems.

Must have High school diploma or equivalent and ability to obtain a low level security clearance from the Department of Homeland Security.

The ideal candidate will have general office experience, excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving skills, documentation skills, listening skills, and be able to resolve conflicts and provide solutions. In addition, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, profiecient in Word/Excel.
