Pay Rate/Salary: $15.00-15.00 / Hour
Bilingual English/ Spanish and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Training is about 4 weeks
1 year call Customer Service center experience handling 50-70 calls per day
Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0
Currently using S.A.M. system, a CITRIX based program. Will trainbut they need to be familiar with a customer contact system where they document every call.
