Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Adecco is hiring for an experienced BILINGUAL call center representative to work with a local client.

Candidates will be cross-trained in two departments: call center customer service and order management. The majority of the position is in an inbound call center processing 60-100 orders per day.

Candidates must have at lease one year of call center experience, preferably in an order-fulfillment environment. Candidates must be able to speak both English and Spanish fluently.

This is a contract position will last a minimum of six months. Candidates must have the flexibility to work between the hours of 7am - 8pm.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be customer service minded, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Background and drug screenings are required for all associates.
