Immediate opening for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative Supervisor for an established resort in the Phoenix area. You will motivate team members to ensure the department's goal of offering great service in a professional working environment, as well as assist in assessing performance. Also, you will provide help to management, including training, and keeps management updated on team performance. • Supports team Director and performs management duties when Director is absent or out of office • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training • Assists in new team member training • Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members • Creating a conducive work environment for all the call center's employees • Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance with Director • Handling escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints • Improving the team and facilitating the communication among the members of team • Exceeding and meeting department objectives • Creating sense of ownership within the employees and resolving employee issues • Encouraging, supporting, and motivating actively one's peer team Please send resume to Chris Fuller at
