Looking for a Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representative Team Lead to ensure great service in a professional working environment, assist in assessing performance, provide help to management, including training, and keeping management updated on team performance, communicate concerns and policies among management and team-members. • Motivating and inspiring the team to surpass their potential • Assists in new team member training • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance • Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals • Creating a conducive work environment for all the call center's employees • Creating sense of ownership within the employees and resolving employee issues • Encouraging, supporting, and motivating actively one's peer team • Looking constantly for development as well as continuous improvement for the entire team • Monitoring, organizing, and coaching team on a day-to-day basis • Communicating the company's purpose, core values, vision and culture to employees • Ensuring that the employees follow their schedules properly as designed Please send resume to Chris Fuller at
