Thank you Robert Half is working with FEMA to provide Customer Service and Data Entry support for those affected by Hurricane Harvey. This would be an open call center position. This is only a 1-2 month position initially but could potentially extend depending on the length of hurricane season. You would be answering phones and gathering data for those who need to put in claims after the hurricane. Previous call center experience is needed and the ability to handle high volume inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis. The pay for this position would be $17.61 an hour and it is only a temporary position. Skills required would be excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and great problem solving skills.
