Job Description:
Leverage your keen business relationship skills to successfully partner with hiring managers and gain a strong understanding of ideal candidate profiles
Utilize your expertise in sourcing strategies, techniques and out-of-the-box thinking to uncover the most qualified candidates - both active and passive
Apply your abilities to conduct effective, thorough and insightful screening of candidates to make appropriate recommendations
Meet regularly with hiring managers to provide progress updates on requisition status, calibrate on targeted candidate profiles and seek out feedback on quality of candidate submittals
Execute on your strong organizational skills to handle the day-to-day administration of recruiting processes, ensure all activity is tracked, ATS system is updated and requisition expectations are met
Leverage your proven recruiting success to recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-term growth of the company

4+ years of experience recruiting within a corporate environment
Some experience recruiting in an agency environment with experience recruiting for professional services roles preferred
3+ years of experience recruiting technical positions
Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering quality candidates in a timely manner
Expertise conducting effective phone screens with potential candidates, gauging candidates for fit and ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences
Strong consultative skills and confidence to make appropriate candidate recommendations
Proven relationship management skills, effective interpersonal abilities and team collaboration mindset
Willingness and ability to adapt to change within a dynamic department and company
Possess an entrepreneurial spirit: willingness to do "whatever it takes" to achieve desired results in a small business environment and make an impact
Ability to communicate, effectively verbally and properly in writing, with hiring managers, candidates and team members
Possess a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic
Have a process-oriented and continuous improvement mindset
Ability to multi-task
Strong sense of urgency
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Strong organization and prioritizing skills
Strong relationship management skills
