My client, a China based International Logistics Company is seeking a strong bi-lingual (Mandarin) Customer Service Manager in the Los Angeles area. We need a strong leader who can help put in new processes and systems as needed. In this role you will lead of 15+ CSR's.
Must speak and write Mandarin
Will have managed a Call Center OR mid-sized Customer Service Group-very familiar with Call Center KPI's/metrics/
Must be open to 20% travel- will train in China for 2 weeks
Previous experience implementing a CS System would be very helpful
Previous experience in Logistics/Ecommerce/Package Delivery
