OfficeTeam currently has an open position for a determined Bilingual Office Assistant who has extensive Microsoft Office experience. In this role, you will perform various administrative and office support duties, including creating Microsoft Office forms and applications in both English and Spanish. This position will support warehouse departments with administrative assistance and translate (English/Spanish) during monthly meetings. What you get to do every single day - Complete word processing, filing, and faxing - Field telephone calls - Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees We need someone with the following qualities: - Ability to work independently without direct supervision - Bilingual in both English and Spanish written and verbal - Experience in Microsoft Word and Office applications - Demonstrate excellent customer service Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Advanced Microsoft Word assessment required for interviewing.
