Job Title: Bilingual Office Assistant
Location: Murrieta, CA
Hours: Part time, 6 hours per day with possibility going to full time.
Duration: long term, possible Temp to hire.
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Master user of QuickBooks, will utilize daily/often.
Light office cleaning if the receptionist is out.
Process bills, enter bills, and pay invoices, enter and edit transactions in QuickBooks.
Communicate with vendors.
Entering and maintaining employee files
Requirements of This Position:
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
Must have at least 2 years of office experience.
Must be a Master user in QuickBooks.
Excel is a plus but not a requirement.
