Job Title: Bilingual Office Assistant

Location: Murrieta, CA

Hours: Part time, 6 hours per day with possibility going to full time.

Duration: long term, possible Temp to hire.

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour


Job Description:


  • Able to perform various office tasks, such as answering phones, sorting mail, faxes, etc.

  • Master user of QuickBooks, will utilize daily/often.

  • Light office cleaning if the receptionist is out.

  • Cover Receptionist

  • Process bills, enter bills, and pay invoices, enter and edit transactions in QuickBooks.

  • Communicate with vendors.

  • Payroll

  • Vendor/Customer files

  • Entering and maintaining employee files

  • Scan files

  • Excel reports



    Requirements of This Position:


  • Must be bilingual in Spanish.

  • Must have at least 2 years of office experience.

  • Must be a Master user in QuickBooks.

  • Excel is a plus but not a requirement.
