Support administrative team by processing billing transactions in QuickBooks; Process bills, enter bills, pay invoices, process payroll, enter and edit transactions. look up and maintain customer and employee files.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Murrieta, CA
Hours: Part time hours, 8:30am - 2:00pm, Mon-Fri.
Duration: long term, possible Temp to hire.
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Provide phone coverage and back up Receptionist by answering phones, sorting mail, faxes, etc.
Communicate with vendors on daily basis, update files and maintain clean records.
Perform quality control by verifying documentation, invoicing and any financial transactions.
Enter and update Vendor/Customer and employee files.
Generate reports on Excel and QuickBooks.
Must be bilingual in Spanish, fluency required to translate documentation.
Must have at least 2 years of office experience in an administrative role.
Must be a Master user in QuickBooks to perform all tasks listed above.
Landscaping or Architectural industry experience is a plus.
