Adecco is currently assisting a local client in Raleigh to fill a position as a Bilingual Patient Services Coordinator. These representatives will provide the best in class service by answering patient inquiries and scheduling appointments for dental practices via phone and email. Candidates must successfully complete a 2-week paid training class and achieve incremental performance goals.
This is a wonderful position for recent college graduates and individuals with outstanding customer service skills looking for growth opportunity.
Answer inbound calls from customers and provide accurate information in a professional manner
Respond to customer inquiries via email.
Set appointments for patients with a high level of accuracy.
Assist support staff as needed to resolve customer issues and perform database maintenance.
Minimum 3-5 years of customer service representative experience in an office setting, call center environment, or support role using a phone and computer consistently.
Strong communication and grammar skills. (Written and oral)
Pay increase immediately after completing training and after 3-months
Must meet performance standards after 3-months for pay increase
Temporary to permanent opportunity after 6-months
