Bilingual Sales Coordinator is responsible for corresponding to all issues with internal salesperson, distributors, and direct customers, as well as internal departments to maintain customer. Responsibilities: ¿ Work with all internal departments to answer varying questions that the customer may have (technical, pricing, product availability, etc) and relay the information via fax/phone/e-mail to the customer and sales person. ¿ Remain in daily contact with international sales personnel and agents ¿ Handle international projects with salespeople from start finish ¿ Complete proforma invoices, quotations have been accepted ¿ Complete margin summary analysis per project including commissions ¿ Double check terms and conditions of sale project ¿ Determine best shipping method and origin of shipment Experience Required ¿ Bilingual Spanish/English ¿ Bachelor¿s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience may be considered ¿ Proficient in Microsoft Window¿s application(Word, Excel)
