Adecco is currently assisting a top local company in their search to fill BILINGUAL Call Center Representative jobs in Temple Terrace, FL! These are temporary opportunities. You will be assisting customers with varying levels of questions, inquiries, or requests. Previous call center experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:

- Interact with customers via telephone to provide information
- Process transactions and reply to inquiries about services
- Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues
- Record customer interactions, details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
- Maintain the highest level of customer service
- Refer unresolved customer issues to designated leadership for resolution

Qualifications:

- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year previous customer service experience
- Fluent in Spanish/English (read/write/speak)
