Accountemps is currently partnering with an E-Commerce Co in San Carlos who is in immediate need of an AR Clerk. In this position you will enter, post, and reconcile batches, research and resolve customer A/R issues, prepare aging reports, and place billing and collection calls. You will be processing full-cycle AR and handling 200+ invoices per week, with high attention to detail. If interested, have relatable experience, and can commute to the job location, please send an updated resume in Word format to: Responsibilities: • Perform a variety of basic accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures, including general accounting tasks at field sites, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll liaison activities • Reconcile bank accounts, posting and balancing financial data in various ledgers • Input timesheet data • Verify documents and codes • Process payments and compile segments of monthly closings and annual reports • Provide information as requested to shippers, customers, the sales/marketing department, and other stake holders • Contact existing clients to help resolve payment issues and assist in setting up payment plans • Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization
