JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing production support for the Addressable Systems in the ICOMS and CSG billing system, to inclue CRM and 3rd party applications that integrate with the biller. A primary responsibility is technical interface management which encompasses support for production, high availability, development, testing, and training environments. The person in this position will work with the release management team to ensure that milestones are met for configuring and updating the addressable systems for these environments. Will coordinate with billing vendors to troubleshoot issues and receive and apply fixes to resolve problems. The application administrator works collaboratively with internal contacts, billing vendors, and external contacts to meet production support service level objectives.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ICOMS and CSG technical addressable system support. Interface monitoring, production deployment of interface configuration, job scheduling, automation, and application of software upgrades.

Monitors work queues and ensures the stability of the production addressable interfaces and provisioning tools.

React and resolve issues received via email in a timely manner ensuring production stability and proactively avoid service interruption for the customer.

Creates, configures, and supports addressability in test and training environments. Ensures setup is complete before turning over to users for activity.

Train and mentor more junior team members as needed.

Work closely with other departments on the controllers to include , but not limited to DNCS DAC and video engineering.

Participates as team member to assist markets with conversions, migrations, and database merges on the hosted and none hosted platforms. This includes test environment addressability configuration and support, troubleshooting and issue resolution including go live support. Adheres to schedule and ensures assigned tasks are completed accurately and on-time.

Follows department policies to ensure that internal, external, SOX, and PCI compliance requirements are met.

Responsible for documenting interface specifications and working with technical writers to publish user guides and support documents as needed.

Participates in department on-call rotation.

Perform other duties as requested or assigned by management.
