Is this person part of a team ...this person will be a part of our call center team of representatives and will be assigned her own PC, Phone and workstation, teamplayer is a must!
What software skills are needed ...this person needs PC, phone skills, problem solving, troubleshooting and excellent communication skills is a must

What are the hours Monday through Friday 9am-5pm during training after that Monday through Thursday 4-8pm Friday 1pm-5pm
