IBM Bluemix is looking for a Technical Support Representative with proven client support skills. This role specializes in completing the back office work to provision and invoice clients for the Bluemix product on the IBM cloud and uses technical skills to resolve client issues and improve the support process. The candidate will work with clients, both internal and external, on issues relating to billing, registration, invoicing, and account maintenance issues and assure a valuable client experience. The Bluemix Technical Support Representative uses technical and negotiation skills in collaboration with our back office systems, BlueMix operations and development teams, and other IBM product teams. The candidate will communicate action plans to the client or IBM representative as appropriate, recommend and implement new or improved parts to existing technical support tools, procedures, and processes, and contribute to department attainment of organizational objectives and client satisfaction. This is a 24x7 organization; rotation and weekend shifts will be a future requirement.
