•Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. •Processing accounts payable in compliance with financial policies and procedures. Perform monthly bank reconciliations. •Maintain cash receipts and disbursements journal. Make bank deposits. Maintain vendor files. •Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues. Filing. Create monthly journal entries for cash receipts. •Create year end accrual journal entities and reversals.
