Our client, a business management firm located in San Francisco, is looking for a Bookkeeper to join its team. You will be responsible for general bookkeeping related to full-cycle AP and AR. They are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist the team in their day-to-day operations in the business. Responsibilities: - General bookkeeping using QuickBooks - Manage and reconcile AR, AP, cash receipts disbursements, bank accounts, etc. - Pay bills, prepare expense reports and deposits - Clerical duties such as scanning, printing, filing, and mailing - Working with the general ledger to maintain accurate data Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Accounting or relevant field - 3+ years of Accounting related experience - Experience using QuickBooks is a plus - Experience with Accounting software is a plus - Hardworking, detail-oriented, and organized
