A local well established downtown Spokane CPA firm is looking for a temporary solution for the tax season need to assist with phones, filing, organizing & bookkeeping tasks on an as needed basis as well as pitch in where needed. This person needs to be interested in learning basic individual tax return preparation with close supervision. This is a small office with a powerful punch to get the work done in a timely manner for its longtime client base. Someone with experience in office skills, customer service, MS Office Suite and the ability to adapt to a change in pace with a moment's notice. Multi- tasking and organization are key attributes for the success of this role. Attention to detail, excellent customer service, communication and writing ability is important!
There is a chance, if this chosen candidate is a solid long term fit, this position may become permanent.
