Responsibilities of the full charge bookkeeper : A growing CPA firm is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to assist with their growing client base. This is an exciting opportunity to join a *Managing all aspects of general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. *Pay verified bills for accounts payable. *Mail out checks, pay invoices, and make bank deposits. *Payroll including quarterly and year-end payroll reporting. *Credit card statements, Entering charges and credits. Reconciling to statement balances. *Cash flow. Maintain bank balances to conform to clients spending habits. *Bank reconciliations *Trial Balance *Bank Deposits *Reconcile Credit Card Statements
