A company located in the Aventura, FL (33180) area is currently seeking to fill a bookkeeper/payroll specialist. This opportunity is a temporary-to-hire full-time position. Qualified candidates must have the following experience/skill set: - Ability to execute: accounts payable/receivable, bank/cc/check reconciliations, journal entries, debits/credits, maintenance of GL, aging buckets, financial reporting, chart of accounts maintenance, and period end closing - Microsoft Office proficiency: Excel, Word, and Outlook - Excellent communication skills; Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) preferred - Major ERP familiarity, such as: QuickBooks, SAP, Sage, etc… - 2 years of payroll - Capability to execute: wage garnishments, application of multi-state taxes, and child support Note: candidates who apply for this position will be subject to the following tests: - Background check - Credit check - Drug screening If interested, please submit your resume to
