The Facility Management function reports through the Branch Care & Construction team and is part of Capital One’s retail bank Network Management function. Network Management is a holistic team responsible for capital, expense and program planning against a network of 900 banks branches and 3,000 ATMs spread across 11 states. This role will give you an opportunity to work with the team who is active in network strategy, market planning & transactions, branch design, construction (new builds & renovations), facility management and events planning. The team is responsible for capital and expense management in excess of $700MM annually and delivers in excess of 1,000 projects annually.
Accountable for Facility Management services delivery & reporting for a retail banking branch network within a geographic region. In partnership with their regional teammates, the Regional Operations Manager will support Facility Operations within the Mid Atlantic Banking Region. Setting expectations/priorities, process, governance routines and risk management to drive delivery of maintenance services, facility inspections, financial planning/forecasting, capital and expense project delivery, associate satisfaction and disaster recovery. This role will also support National Facilities Operations reporting, business analytics, project management, & technology implementation. The Regional Operations Manager will foster a collaborative and supportive team environment with clients, peers and vendors to drive optimal team performance while managing costs effectively.

-Support oversight/governance of outsourced Facility Management provider
-Support proactive identification of facility opportunities, issues and risks through analytics and management routine accountability
-Support FM activity alignment with network strategy and construction project efforts
-Support client engagement routines and escalation resolution to provide relevant a timely information to regional business leaders
-Support development and management of regional operating expense budget
-Support Branch Network Communications during disaster recovery
-Support development and implementation of national Facility Management programs
-Support identification and implementation of cost of ownership improvement opportunities
-Coordinate with other Bank functions in support of assigned Programs
-Bachelor’s degree or military experience
-At least 3 years’ experience in a corporate real estate environment
-At least 1 year of project management experience
-At least 1 year experience with capital expense budgeting
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- 1 year of experience managing an outsourced provider in a corporate real estate environment
- Proficiency in Tableau
- Proficiency in Jira
- LEED Certification
