The Branch Installation Manager is primarily responsible for the efficient movement of HDE projects (roofing, siding, windows, gutters, insulation, etc). The BIM monitors and manages the installation process from the completion of the in-home sale to the satisfaction of the customer. The BIM manages the field installation teams who are responsible for being onsite during the installation to meet with the customer, jobsite inspections and audits, hiring and terminating subcontractors, driving store connectivity and customer service. The BIM is responsible for meeting and exceeding performance standards and financial metrics as it relates to timely completion of jobs, installing jobs in the pipeline, voice of the customer surveys as well as P&L responsibility including gross margin and installed revenue. The BIM is also ultimately responsible for the recruitment, maintenance and quality of installer capacity that exceeds net sales growth and the quality of installations. The BIM works in close partnership with the Operations Center to move all jobs through the installation process and drive customer service.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
20%-Manage the efficient movement of all jobs sold through the installation process in partnership with the Sales team and Operations Center.
20%-Manage team of Installation Services Managers. Responsible for hiring, training, coaching/mentoring, performance management and termination of ISM's.
20%-Responsible for meeting/exceeding performance standards related to gross margin, installed revenue, timely installation and voice of the customer, etc.
20%-Responsible for setting the standard for customer service, owning the customer experience and resolving escalated customer issues.
20%-Responsible for the overall recruitment, maintenance and quality of installer capacity for their branch that exceeds net sales growth as well as the quality of installations.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from such things as dust, fumes or odors.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Additional Environmental Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 8 years
Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting material or equipment, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
Construction/home improvement industry experience.
Prior experience working with subcontractors.
