Coram/CVS Health is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Branch Operations Supervisor.
In this position you will:
Procure supplies and equipment in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
Order drugs, solutions and ancillary supplies from vendors to ensure preferred product compliance.
Enter inventory data and purchase orders into purchasing system.
Coordinate and supervise delivery activities. Delivers products as needed. Ensures compliance of policies and procedures for shipping, receiving and delivery.
Manage the service center inventory to maximize inventory turns while ensuring inventory levels are maintained to meet business requirements.
Ensure proper rotation of inventory/maintenance of inventory levels.
Monitor product expiration dates.
Manage the service center assets to ensure patient availability.
Communicate effectively with service centers and corporate office personnel to meet business requirements and ensure policy and procedure compliance.
Ensure the shipping, receiving and delivery of products are in accordance with established company policies and procedures.
Maintain files and records of all supply transactions, delivery activities, etc.
Prepare reports and analysis as needed.
Coordinate and follow up on vendor and patient returns, product recalls and damaged freight claims.
Administer pricing contracts from outside vendors.
May schedule and coordinate the delivery of goods.
Other various duties as assigned. Required Qualifications:
At least three years related experience is required.
Valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Medical product knowledge and computer skills desirable.
Ability to organize workload for efficient use of time. Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of two years supervisor experience preferred. Education:
