In your role as a Brand Growth Manager at Kellogg, you will be part of our success by:

• Developing fact-based analysis to support volume/financial decisions for the inclusion in the Field Sales Update process (FSU)
• Providing comprehensive analysis of promotional, distribution, and pricing opportunities (significant use of multiple data sources)
• Participating in weekly sales calls with the Director Team Sales, National Account Executives and other key decision makers
• Interacting with appropriate customer contacts in support of the day to day business
• Working directly with the sales team and Dollar General Buyers to develop sales strategy and deliver on key business metrics
• Developing relationships and information sharing partnerships with the Brand Teams, Shopper Marketing, Retail Team, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Market Execution, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Sales Finance
• Executing projects and activities in a timely fashion while working with all cross functions of the KUSA Sales Team
• Focusing on Kellogg SKUs down to the brand and market level and understand performance metrics by store and by customer format
• Accessing, analyzing, and interpreting business indicators of shipments, share, and consumption as they pertain to Kellogg brands and their impact on the markets
• Understanding key learning and develop presentations allowing for effective recommendations to the buyer

• Leading and developing analysis methodologies to track market pricing, feature pricing and base pricing and provide solutions
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Sales, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Previous Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Must demonstrate ability to handle multiple project assignments in a timely manner
• Excellent presentation, communication, time management and organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience utilizing syndicated data sources
• Experience using data to build a complete selling story

It is highly preferred that the ideal candidate will reside in the Nashville, TN metro area and will work from a local office location. There may be flexibility to work from our corporate Headquarters location in Battle Creek, MI

This position may require up to 20% travel
