Our Quality Assurance - Human Capital Management (HCM) organization is growing fast and we are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineers for future openings.  We are actively recruiting in all areas, including:

Being a Quality Assurance Engineer at Workday allows you to use your operational knowledge to create end-to-end feature test plans to improve customer experience, visualize how a feature can be used and how it can impact other areas of the application.  It allows you to envision all the different ways data and business processes can be used innovatively by our customers.  A QA Engineer is crucial in our development environment, one who keeps the team honest and is committed to delivering high-quality features by questioning and having thought provoking discussions.

These positions require self-motivated, innovative professionals with dynamic, hands-on functional testing experience. Our Quality Assurance Engineers are expected to plan, design and review test specifications based on functional specifications and requirement documents. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and career focused individual to join a progressive and growing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as customer advocate in testing approach
  • Interact with Product Management and developers on design and automation deliverables
  • Diagnose problems to report bugs and enhancements to Development
  • Take ownership of End to End feature testing.
  • Produce comprehensive test cases based on functional requirements.
  • Interact with scrum team on deliverables.
  • Develop test plans and testware for capabilities of Workday's HCM Applications
  • Deliver high-quality software products within a full development lifecycle
  • Assist in determining test methodology and test data setup
