The A&;SD Corporate Compliance and Global Security Sr. Manager will collaborate with the A&;SD International Director, and other BT Directors to co-develop and lead the execution of Corporate Compliance, Risk Management, and Global Security Related Solutions. The Sr. Manager will provide Business Technology expertise for architecting, developing and maintenance of systems to support: &bull; Data Mining and Consolidation to provide effective reviews to Pfizer Corporate Compliance Teams globally &bull; Financial Planning &; Forecasting processes identifying synergies with compliance patterns The Sr. Manager will be a key Solution Delivery representative for this area, partnering with other BT colleagues and Solution Delivery team colleagues to ensure clients meet their strategic goals. He or she will also be part of the Architecture &; Solution Delivery practice being involved potentially in Finance &; PGS projects that do not relate only to Corporate Compliance and Global Security. The business relies heavily on information technology (IT). The Sr. Manager will be a key partner in enabling optimal utilization of business resources, and in establishing a vision for driving growth through innovative uses of information and technology. The Sr. Manager will be accountable for, within the scope defined, a) working closely with BT leadership team, senior management on providing a senior level of functional and technical expertise and on significant technical matters, b) partnering with the appropriate BT client partners organizations to understand business objectives, analyze requests and support the business case development and provide technology and process solutions in support of these goals, c) managing and delivering global Compliance, Finance and PGS related projects, systems and solutions, and accountable for driving maturity over solution delivery and production support, d) helping managing budgets and resourcing for key projects and managing projects execution assuring sustainable economics, and e) collate and analyze process quality and product quality data in order to identify and lead targeted continuous improvement efforts of products, services and processes. The Sr. Manager conducts all activities and makes decisions that are in accordance with Company policies &; SOPs, Pfizer Values, FDA &; global regulatory guidelines (including cGMP/cGLP/cGCP), environmental guidelines, as appropriate, etc. BT and Business Client Management:  Provide a single point of contact and accountability for Solution Delivery &; Architecture in assigned areas of responsibility  Understand client&apos;s operational needs and strategic direction  Manage and set stakeholder expectations  Shape thinking and propose a vision on how technology solutions support the goals of the business  Gather and analyze technical requests to determine how best to create successful resolution  Analyze business requests to determine feasibility and sustainability  Work with service providers and customers to deliver solutions/projects effectively and efficiently In collaboration with client, prepare business case for BT investment  Help consumers understand service offerings available from internal IT service providers and secure appropriate resources for projects, engaging with the business, and facilitating service delivery Collaborate with other functional leaders and BT Leadership to develop and execute technology strategy  Ensure that customer expectations have been met through delivery of services or projects  Facilitate technology initiatives which directly impact client portfolio  Drive business unit sponsorship, at the appropriate level, for all initiatives  Align BT services with current and future needs of the business and its customers while improving quality of services delivered  Work with teams located in different regions Technical Project Management  Define project approach and gain client, client engagement manager, and project team member buy-in  Provide project leadership for global and regional deployments  Lead and direct several project teams in parallel  Engage customers and lead governance prioritization process in order to meet Business Unit needs in a timely manner balanced with Corporate requirements  Create, review, evaluate project plans and objectives  Track and report progress relative to time, budget, and demonstrated results  Negotiate with clients, colleagues and outside vendors  Communicate project status, milestones and issues to the project sponsors  Apply effective project management methodologies and control techniques  Work independently and with Project Team members to ensure task-level plans are completed and executed on track  Manage project critical path and scope  Ongoing Systems &; Service Delivery and Process Improvement  Deploy global IT processes, develop and maintain organizational quality indicators and monitor client satisfaction  Provide information to IT and Business leadership regarding best practices, industry trends and  business opportunities, as well as, feedback on the overall performance of processes and tools  Understand key business controls and impacts of changes caused by functionality, technology  changes and changing business needs  Provide leadership for global and regional systems and services  Work with Business counterparts to ensure SOX and other compliance requirements  Steward the development and implementation of process capabilities (process, tools and roles)&; metrics  Identify and initiate process improvements (continuous improvement)  Monitor process compliance and performance metrics  Execute key operational process activities Manage resources:  Contracted adhoc SME's and Technical consultants  Strategic Partners Education: &bull; Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance or Computer Science or an affiliated field required &bull; MS or MBA preferred Experience: &bull; 7 + years of progressively increasing responsibility in information technology and / or business management &bull; In depth understanding of the end-to-end Consolidation and Planning &; Forecasting Processes as well as Financial Reporting practices &bull; Outstanding track record delivering complex programs within budget, time, scope, quality &bull; Demonstrated experience of various IT practices, including but not limited to, project management, operational service delivery, large project implementations &bull; Experience with legal contracts, financial analyses, and a track record of delivering cost Savings &bull; Demonstrated ability to work across organizational regional and global boundaries, ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-divisional and cross-functional environment &bull; Ability to work independently, effectively coordinating multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, in some cases under extreme duress Adept at understanding customer challenges, navigating from problem to resolution and communicating process and resolution effectively both verbally and in writing &bull; Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and staff &bull; Strategic Application of Information Systems and business analysis &bull; Experience in life sciences / pharmaceuticals industry preferred Technical/Functional Competencies: &bull; Extensive knowledge of multi-tier systems across technologies (Java, .Net) &bull; Extensive knowledge of UML and OOP applied to multi-tier systems architected defining semantic layer abstraction &bull; Extensive knowledge of Data Transformation systems - preferred Business Objects Universes Design &bull; Business Objects Reporting Build &bull; Multi Dimensional Systems &bull; Analytical Solutions - Tableau &bull; Financial Reporting, SmartView &bull; Experience Developing with Relational Databases (SQL Server and Oracle) &bull; Functional Compliance familiarity and experience required &bull; First-hand knowledge of Archer, Bwise platforms or similar Compliance Control Systems is a plus &bull; Experience with other Financial Systems preferred - Financial Close Management, Planning Forecasting &bull; Experience with Financial Close Calendars &bull; Experience with Financial Forecasting Calendars &bull; Journal Entry Processing - control and processing &bull; FDA &; Global Regulations familiarity required &bull; SOX Controls &bull; Knowledge of shared service type/centers of excellence operations preferred &bull;
