The Global Operations P&C Group Operations is a diverse team of business analysts, and consultants that support the P&C product and address core business challenges within MetLife. This role will work closely with the Global Operations leaders, P&C Product, and IT to deliver on our collective goals through the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. Additionally the associate will be responsible for the daily activities involved in managing a MetLife critical application.
Development of working knowledge of P&C Image and Workflow application. Includes current workflows, system usage, and general functionality.
Responsible for the complete elicitation, analysis and documentation of project requirements.
Use of Insurance business acumen/knowledge to identify and analyze business needs.
Provide updates to business leadership on project status, implementation of new or revised business/system requirements, procedures, processes, and/or initiatives.
Run project meetings and manage business relationships, consulting ends users while providing updates leadership on project status.
Performs other duties as assigned or required
5-6 years related work experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
Image and Workflow experience preferred but not required
Experience leading medium to large strategic projects
Familiar with Project Management Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
Proficient at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
