Bus. Procedures Consultant II

Job Location: United States : North Carolina : Charlotte  



    At MetLife, we seek to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers and our communities.  The Global Operations P&C Group Operations is a diverse team of business analysts, and consultants that support the P&C product and address core business challenges within MetLife.  This role will work closely with the Global Operations leaders, P&C Product, and IT to deliver on our collective goals through the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.  Additionally the associate will be responsible for the daily activities involved in managing a MetLife critical application.  



  • Development of working knowledge of P&C Image and Workflow application.  Includes current workflows, system usage, and general functionality.

  • Responsible for the complete elicitation, analysis and documentation of project requirements.

  • Use of Insurance business acumen/knowledge to identify and analyze business needs.

  • Provide updates to business leadership on project status, implementation of new or revised business/system requirements, procedures, processes, and/or initiatives.

  • Run project meetings and manage business relationships, consulting ends users while providing updates leadership on project status.

  • Performs other duties as assigned or required




  • 5-6 years related work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred

  • Image and Workflow experience preferred but not required

  • Experience leading medium to large strategic projects

  • Familiar with Project Management Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)

  • Proficient at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
