If you or someone you know is interested in this position, please send resume to Natasha.wratten@rht.com Business Analyst (Navigator) Responsibilities: •Assists Project Owner in managing the project objectives and milestones •Creates and manages overall project and support plans •Manages project resources and assigns tasks as well as monitoring efforts and results against plan. •Ensures all product documentation is created and regularly updated and prepares project status reports. •Conceptualizes business requirements as well as drilling into architecture with development teams and then drives the initiative's development process •Collaborates with multiple technical, design and on site teams to understand interdependencies, commonality and variability of the solutions under development to help the teams deliver a platform made of reusable and configurable capabilities •Manages diverse initiatives that differ in size and scope from their inception to delivery overseeing execution, identifying reducing and mitigating risks •Works with the Product Owner to help them understand unbudgeted costs, infrastructure needs, and constraints in order to establish the scope of the initiative and define and deliver complex features •Ensures Agile and Lean best practices are applied to software development and architecture creation •Work closely with site implementation lead to ensure that the product delivered is supporting their business needs •Lead design of experiment and result analysis of feature test to prioritize the most impactful improvement to the product •Capture end-user feedback and continuously monitor usage performance to identify issues, improvement opportunity and prioritize them to the development team

Qualifications •Bachelor's degree with knowledge of software development life cycle •Experience in mining industry is a plus •Understanding of Agile methodologies •Strong negotiation and leadership skills •Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills •Must be a strong collaborator, team player, and individual contributor •Strong analytical and quantitative skills •Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically •Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around them •Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable effective workplace •Passion for innovation and "can do" attitude
