Business Analyst with Mobile/Ecommerce Experience Must have at least 2 years of working with Mobile Applications serving as Business Analyst or related role • 2+ plus years of experience working with Agile • 6+ years of experience writing business requirements/specifications • Knowledge of mobile platforms, industry standards and SDKs, a plus • Experience working with third-party vendors with an understanding of systems integration • Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and documentation skills with keen ability to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements in business terms • Strong communications skills, verbal and written, and is able to convey complex issues in a concise manner • Must be organized and capable of tracking /managing multiple high priority issues simultaneously • Highly self-sufficient; a strong self-starter; logical, methodical, and has strong interest in process improvement • Effectively liaisons with multiple groups; thrives in highly collaborative environment • Ability to gather requirements and provide quality documentation of detailed user requirements for the design and development of Mobile application. • Ability to lead the UAT for business acceptance or certification. • Ability to design wire frames, graphics, screen mock-ups and participate in usability evaluations Understanding of user entered design • Customer service outlook to ensure the products delivered meet the business needs • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of business and IT executives, managers, and subject matter experts • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage the business customer, gathering, writing their requirements, and communicating business concepts to technical audiences • Able to analyze current state of business and engage in business process improvement and reengineering • Combines technical competence with business and commercial awareness • Ability to prepare templates, charts, diagrams, workflows, and visual media for targeted audiences in support of business requirements gathering and other key business comms • Familiar with the project delivery lifecycle • High proficiency level in MS-Visio, MS-Excel, and MS-Power Point • Able to work in a cross functional manner • Anticipate problems and identifies long term implications of decision and actions • Ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms If interested please email your resume to trisha.barnett@rht.com
