Responsible for managing the successful development and execution of data-driven financial reporting and data analysis. Serves as a liaison to the leadership communities and provides technical solutions in support of business efforts to acquire new customers and enhance the existing customer experience.
Manages data reporting tools and developing/delivery of reports. Reviews and analyzes all data to develop and execute support plans to gain access to new sources of data for analysis. Acts as liaison to Business Planning, IT, and BI on all data projects and database support issues.

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Analyzes and interprets complex data and provides recommendations to the management team.

Provides system subject matter expertise and utilizes EDW, CSG, Excel, Pivot Tables, for database management reporting.

Acts as a liaison to the Business Planning team in support of monthly financial reporting summaries and forecast trends related to department budget process.

Provides oversight of complex data management, including reviewing, analyzing; providing solutions and visibility of this data to department leadership.
Identifies and communicates significant customer and revenue trends for the management team to assist in achievement of business goals.
Identifies and communicates significant customer churn drivers and trends for management team to determine course of action to assist in achievement of business goals.

Provides high level data and recommendations for the development of companywide incentive programs.

Tracks weekly results and provides final analysis data of program results.

Provides additional data analysis, forecasting and development of ad hoc reports as required.

Provides data and recommendations for the development of channel specific incentive programs.

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to extract data and write queries
Ability to analyze and interpret data from multiple sources
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Expert technical knowledge of multiple software and databases (i.e. Excel, Microsoft Word or CSG, Khalik, and EDW)
Extensive knowledge of data analysis, and related functions

Proficiency in preparing executive level reports
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
